This agreement covers the private software connection Cedar Brick Co. LLC uses between our assistants and our QuickBooks Online company.
License
Cedar Brick Co. LLC grants itself and its authorized owners and staff a limited right to use this connection for internal business purposes only. It is not a public app store product for other companies.
What it does
The connection can read and update QuickBooks Online records we authorize, such as customers, estimates, invoices, payments, and related accounting data, so we can prepare estimates, invoices, and order records for our handmade brick business.
Your responsibilities
Only authorized Cedar Brick Co. LLC owners or staff may use this connection. Keep login credentials private. Do not use the connection for any unlawful purpose.
No warranty
The connection is provided as-is for our internal use. We are not offering it as a product to the public.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Cedar Brick Co. LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this internal connection.
